What to Expect as a Patient
Payment/Insurance
Payment Structure
Fee-for-Service Basis: We operate on a fee-for-service model. This means payment is required at the time of each session. We do not accept insurance at this time, but many patients with out-of-network benefits are able to receive partial reimbursement from their insurance providers.
Out-of-Network Reimbursement: If your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. Upon request, we will provide a detailed statement called a "superbill" that you can submit to your insurance company. The superbill will include all necessary service details, diagnostic codes, and payment records.
Accepted Payment Methods
Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major credit cards.
ACH/Wire Transfers: Secure bank transfers are also accepted.
Checks: Personal checks are accepted.
Cash: Cash payments are accepted for in-person visits starting in October.
